Shipping is typically with USPS or UPS. You will receive tracking and carrier information via email once your item has been shipped. 

 

We do our best to ensure items are packaged well but we know things happen. All packages will have carrier insurance. Please reach out if there is any issue with your item and do not discard any of the packaging or product. We can assist in the refund process but are not responsible for damage incurred while shipping. 

 

In most cases the carrier will request pictures of the items and packaging and/or ask for the items to be brought to a physical location for inspection. This process can take some time, but we cannot issue any refunds due to noncompliance from the parcel recipient.

We will gladly accept any returns/exchanges of our hot dog sticks in unused condition for any reason. Art products will be considered on a case-by-case basis with the exception of custom orders. All wood and custom order sales are final.

 

Use our contact form and include "return request" in the subject line. Your message should include a reason for the return request. The original shipping charge and return shipping charges will not be refunded. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs in all cases. Once the item has been received in the expected condition a refund for the product price will be issued.
